This was a comprehensive rebrand from the ground up. We began with a series of brand workshops, working with PK education to establish their tone of voice, values and brand strategy. From this we were then able to create a brand which truly reflected the culture of their organisation and connect with their audience.

The PK logo design is based on a puzzle called a ‘tangram’, which, in its square form, only works when the right pieces are in place. It’s kind of how they feel about recruitment – PK don’t just fill a position with any candidate, they find exactly the right person for the right role, the right piece in the puzzle. The tangram was the perfect metaphor, and a great, bold graphic solution to boot. We used bright, playful colour to reflect the energy and spirit of their client candidate relationships too.
